Crynodeb
Are you an experienced new homes sales professional who thrives on ownership, decision-making and delivering results?
County Town Homes – the open market sales arm of Housing Plus Group – is seeking a confident and commercially minded New Homes Sales Lead to take ownership of the final open market sales phase at our flagship development, Wrottesley Village in Perton.
This is a senior, site-based role focused on driving sales momentum, reducing standing stock and leading the development through to a successful and well-managed conclusion. It’s not about launching the next site - it’s about finishing this one properly.
About the role
As the New Homes Sales Lead, you will be the senior sales authority on site for open market sales and will play a critical role in upholding the quality, reputation, and values of County Town Homes during the site’s final phase.
You will lead, motivate, and influence the onsite sales team, ensuring high performance and a consistently positive customer experience. Acting as the primary point of contact for buyers, you will oversee the full sales journey - from initial enquiry through to handover and aftersales support - making sure every stage is well managed and customer-focused.
In this role, you will take responsibility for driving sales activity day-to-day, maintaining momentum on site, and ensuring all processes meet the required standards. (For further details please refer to the Job Profile)
About you
We’re looking for someone confident and experienced in open market newbuild or residential sales. You will be proactive, organised, and self-motivated, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to make sound, informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and external partners such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and estate agents.
Hands on experience of Part Exchange transactions is required, as well as a solid understanding of the conveyancing process and all relevant consumer and compliance requirements.
If you enjoy autonomy, accountability, and the satisfaction of seeing a development through to completion, this role will be a great fit for you
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
We can offer you
A comprehensive induction programme with excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available. We can offer 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period. We also offer the option to join our contributory pension scheme, access to a dedicated Employee Healthcare Portal, eye care vouchers and a cycle to work scheme. Please see our HPG Benefits page for more information.
If you’d like an informal conversation about the role, please contact Gerry McFall on 07976 524112.
