Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B and B2C)
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online outreach
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Present and explain our delivery services to potential customers
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts
Negotiate pricing and service agreements
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Qualifications
Previous sales experience (logistics or transportation industry preferred but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently
Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
