Revenues and Benefits Assistant – Maternity Cover until 31 December 2026 with possible extension
Bassetlaw District Council is looking for Revenues & Benefits Assistant to join its Revenues & Benefits Service. In this role you will support Council Tax & Business Rates and Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction. You will be handling enquiries and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with colleagues and customers to ensure services are delivered efficiently, fairly, and in line with legislation and council policies.
We are looking for a detail-orientated, customer-focused individual with strong administrative and communication skills.
