About the role
As a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping children and young people aged 0-19 reach their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, supporting children with a range of needs, including developmental delay, sensory processing differences, Autism Spectrum Disorders, language delay and communication challenges.

You'll be responsible for delivering high quality assessment, treatment and parent-focused intervention and delivering comprehensive assessments and therapy for children with communication, speech and language needs.
This is a full time, on site role based in London. Set working times are: onsite, full-time hours.
About you
- Create tailored home based therapy programmes that empower parents and caregivers.
- Document progress clearly and prepare review reports to support ongoing development.
- Support families by sharing strategies and advice to help them provide effective daily care.
- Identify motivating activities that encourage children to work confidently towards their goals.
- Manage your caseload effectively, seeing up to seven children per day (45 minute sessions).
To succeed, you'll bring:
- HCPC registration
- A passion for supporting children and young people
- At least 3 years' experience as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist
