Full-Time | Term-Time Focused

Do you value collaboration, consistency, and creativity in your practice?
Are you looking for a school-based SALT role where your expertise truly shapes young lives?
A forward-thinking and inclusive school in London is seeking a passionate Speech & Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary support team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a setting where communication is central to learning, confidence, and wellbeing.
The School:
This is a well-resourced, supportive school with a strong commitment to inclusive practice and student development. Staff work closely together, valuing evidence-based intervention, professional autonomy, and child-centred outcomes. You’ll be given the time and space to do therapy properly—not rushed, not tokenistic.
The Role:
As the school’s Speech & Language Therapist, you will deliver targeted, meaningful interventions to pupils with a range of communication needs. You’ll work one-to-one and in small groups, supporting students with speech, language, and communication difficulties that may impact learning and social interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and deliver tailored speech & language interventions
• Support pupils with SLCN, Developmental Language Disorder, and related needs
• Contribute to and review EHCP targets
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
• Provide advice, strategies, and training to school staff and parents
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions to maximise outcomes
Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Speech & Language Therapist (HCPC registered)
• Experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)
• Passionate about inclusive education and communication development
• Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
Why This Role Stands Out:
• Competitive salary: £31,000 – £55,000
• School-based hours with excellent work-life balance
• Opportunity to shape long-term communication outcomes
• Supportive leadership and collaborative culture
Apply now to bring your expertise into a school where communication changes lives—and where your work is genuinely valued.
