24.35 hours per week (16 hours class contact), Permanent
Salary £41833 - £50359 per annum pro rata plus a range of benefits
Cross campus but primarily based at Clydebank Campus

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and innovative Computing team. You will deliver high quality teaching and provide relevant support to ensure a positive learning experience for our students. We are seeking to appoint an excellent individual with particular expertise in one or more of the areas of Cyber Security, AI, Networking, Software Development, Games & Data Science.

You must have achieved a SCQF Level 9 qualification (e.g. Degree) in a relevant subject area such as Cyber Security, Computing Science or a closely related discipline. You must be passionate about supporting and motivating our students and have a strong working knowledge of relevant software and digital technologies. You must be able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.

Previous teaching / lecturing experience is desirable as is knowledge of qualification frameworks and assessment requirements with awarding bodies such as SQA. However, if you are new to teaching we will work with you to support your career change.
