Summary
Paisley Sheriff court have opportunities for motivated Administrative officers to join them to cover a period of maternity leave. This would be on an initial 4-month basis with the opportunity for extension. There are 2 roles available, 1 x full time 35 hours per week and the other part time 17.5 hours average per week. Working pattern is 3 days one week and 2 days the following week.
What you will do
• Creating and updating records on our in-house computer system and data input
• Producing and processing curt documents for issuing • Preparing files for court hearings
• Attendance at hearings when required
• Deals with customer queries via telephone, email and public counter
• Accounting for monies in accordance with financial guidance taking payments • Assists colleagues as and when requested
• Complies with GDPR requirements in regards to confidentiality
We are looking for someone to has
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team
• Experience of supporting and working in a team
