Pennine Lodge located in Harraby Carlisle, is a 70 bed Registered Care Home and provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in spectacular new developed residential care services.
Experienced Life Style/Activities Co-Ordinator
Applicants should possess a genuine commitment to providing the highest quality of residential care within our beautiful purpose-built care home setting.
The ideal candidate will;
• Have the ability to build thriving dynamic staff teams in a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Be able to multi-task, liaise and drive forward activity and life enrichment on site
• Be able to act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions on a daily basis
• Will want to take advantage of the excellent Training and Development, and future career opportunities we offer our staff within Crown Care Group.
The successful candidate will;
• Have previous experience of working in a similar role, or a genuine interest in acquiring high quality care skills
• Have a proven stable employment record and references
• Enhanced DBS will be required
