What skills and experience we're looking for

Huntingtower Community Primary Academy is looking for a dedicated Site Manager to work 5 hours per day, alternating from morning shifts one week and afternoons the next. We are a primary school (4-11 year olds) situated in the west part of Grantham and part of the successful Priory Federation of Academies Trust. We pride ourselves as being part of a widely diverse community and are fully committed to ensuring all pupils and their families are fully supported in achieving their goals.

Site Managers play a vital role in ensuring all of our students, staff and parents are safe within the academy's premises. This vacancy would suit an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about Health and Safety, property maintenance and providing a positive learning environment for primary aged pupils. Good communication skills with people of all ages as well as excellent organisational skills would be beneficial.

The successful candidate should be computer literate and have worked with MS Word, Outlook and Excel. English and Maths GCSE grade A-C are essential and a level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards the level 3 (essential).
