What you'll do


As a Portfolio Client Support Officer, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring clear and effective communication. In this role, you’ll also collaborate with key stakeholders and actively contribute to client engagement initiatives.


You’ll act as the first point of contact for our portfolio clients, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of non-advised investment transactions while proactively fostering stronger client relationships.

In addition, you’ll be:

  • Serving as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service through both inbound and outbound calls
  • Accurately and efficiently processing non-advised investment transactions in collaboration with partners and product providers
  • Preparing client communications and managing payment transactions in accordance with bank guidelines
  • Supporting proactive client engagement by identifying opportunities and scheduling suitability reviews with wealth managers
  • Maintaining accurate records and making sure of compliance with regulatory standards


The skills you'll need


We’re looking for someone with a strong background in client service and operational processes, along with exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to regulatory standards. To succeed in this role, you’ll also need to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while consistently delivering outstanding client experience.
