Salary: Grade 3, £16,754 - £17,286 per annum. £12.85 - £13.26 per hour

25 hours per week, working full year

Required for February 2026

We are seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Caretaker to join our site team. The role is for 25 hours per week, working from 2.00pm until 7.00pm (flexibility is required to accommodate school events) and playing a key part in overseeing school operations, supporting cleaning staff and hirers of school facilities. Key responsibilities include carrying out regular checks of the school buildings and grounds, identifying issues and undertaking repairs and general maintenance where possible

The successful candidate will be practical, organised and able to work independently. Have a strong awareness of health & safety, safeguarding and confidentiality and be flexible. This is an important front-line role, helping to ensure our school remains safe, is well-maintained and welcoming.
