Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

This hybrid role is all about keeping our environments safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for the people who live and work with us. Youll take the lead in coordinating maintenance activities across our services, making sure requests are handled promptly and compliance standards are met. Your work will help create spaces where the people we support feel at home and staff can do their best work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance Administration & Coordination

- Be the first point of contact for all maintenance requests across our services.

- Log, track, and prioritise maintenance tickets to ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and contractor visits.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, invoices, and service agreements in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.

- Support compliance with health & safety and CQC standards for premises and equipment.

- Monitor and order maintenance supplies and equipment when needed.

- Assist in preparing reports, audits, and maintenance performance metrics.

- Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and service managers.

- Support planned preventative maintenance programmes and improvement projects.

Qualifications & Experience

ESSENTIAL:

- Proven administrative experience.

- Experience liaising with contractors or coordinating tasks/projects.

- Knowledge of compliance and record-keeping standards.

DESIRABLE:

- Experience in a maintenance or facilities-related admin role.

- Knowledge of CQC/CIW standards and health & safety requirements.
