Summary
Kiddisafe Nursery is well established within the community and has been operating since 2007. The nursery is ideally situated in Leicester City. We are looking at recruiting qualified, experienced senior lead Level 3 or above nursery lead to join our friendly professional team.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm 35hrs (flexible hours)
Job Role:
To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting.
To keep records of your key children’s development and online learning journeys and share with parents, carers.
Support all staff and engage in a good team work
supervising staff, managing quality of care and session delivery
To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers.
To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children.
Maintaining safeguarding procedures
Skills and Experience
A warm, caring, and patient nature
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
The ability to work with young children and their families in a sensitive and positive way
A sense of responsibility
Keen interest in child development
The ability to work in a team
Committed to lifelong learning and skill building
Essential:
Minimum 1 +year experience working in Early Years
Experienced and knowledgeable in EYFS
NVQ Level 3 and above
Able to promote positive behaviour in a nurturing environment is essential
