Summary

The People Service Centre Administrator role is integral to the successful delivery of an efficient, proactive and responsive HR administration and advisory service within the Gloucestershire Constabulary.

The People Service Centre provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to all aspects of the employee life-cycle in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and working practices. The team accurately input, retrieve and manage people-related data, ensuring that our HR system accurately reflects the necessary changes as a result of the full spectrum of HR processes. Strong interpersonal skills are essential because the role requires liaising and building effective working relationships with third-party service providers.

This is a varied role adding significant value to the organisation, key to this role is the provision of excellence in customer service as well as a resilient attitude.

All necessary support and training will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate transitions smoothly and quickly into the team.
