Hours: Part time, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday weekday afternoons
The Centre Administrator will deal with all customer enquiries and Centre administration and ensure the safe and appropriate use of the Centre.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
CENTRE RECEPTION OFFICE. Act as a key member of the CA team to:
• Provide a welcoming and positive first point of contact for customers.
• Process enquiries and bookings of the Centre facilities.
• Escort potential users to view facilities.
• Maintain the efficient running of the office.
• Monitor the safe use of the Centre.
• Liaise with the Café Bar Manager re bookings for catering or bar service.
• Provide access for users and maintenance personnel as required.
• Ensure all facilities are accessible, safe and presentable for users.
• Prepare orders for consumables and supplies.
MARKETING. To publicise and maximise sales to existing, new and potential users.
• Maintain the noticeboards with user updates, posters and announcements.
• Produce content for social media, newsletters and the website.
• Liaise with the Café Bar Manager to publicise in house promotions and events
• Gather and collate feedback from users.
ACA TRUSTEES. Liaise with Trustees to ensure the ACA objectives are fully met.
• Contribute to the Centre Administrator report for Trustees and supply updates and information as required.
• Prepare data for internal and external monitoring and evaluation requirements.
• Attend regular staff meetings.
