Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Administrator for our client based in Lanarkshire.
This is an exciting ongoing temporary opportunity to support the team during a minimum 4-week period of sick leave, with the potential for extension following review. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual looking to make an immediate impact in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Check and process engineers’ timesheets accurately and efficiently.
Type and format letters and other documents as required.
Answer telephone calls promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Redirect telephone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
Reliable and professional demeanour.
Offering:
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm
Holidays: 25 days of Annual Leave plus 8 statutory holidays
