Summary
Murray Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and gain hands-on experience in administration, customer service, and finance.
The Business Administrator will play a key role in supporting the operations and finance team by managing administrative tasks, scheduling work, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Log incoming jobs from clients update systems and portals.
Schedule and plan works efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Produce quotations and update client portals as required.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with customer service enquiries, handling incoming queries professionally.
Scan, file, and manage financial documents to maintain compliance and organisation.
Process invoices and support the finance team with data entry.
Assist with financial tasks during holidays and peak periods, with training provided.
Keep internal systems updated to ensure smooth business operations.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable.
Willingness to learn new skills and develop finance-related knowledge.
Offering
Salary up to £26,000 DOE
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
