Training Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to join the busy team on a part time, permanent basis! This role will support the development of our people by coordinating training courses across the whole business.


Duties
• Co-ordinating and maintaining training for direct staff and supply chain partners
• Maintain the training filing/archiving systems
• Updating and monitoring of Training Summary log
• Maintaining running costs of training and creating various reports
• Company Administrator for training portals for direct and supply chain partners
• Raising of purchase orders
• Handle with finance queries


Requirements
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Strong communication skills and organisational abilities
• Previous training coordination preferrable but not essential
