Salary: £55,000 plus bonus
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a team in Gateshead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management, hold an active NMC PIN, and possess a deep understanding of elderly care and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Lead and support a team of nursing and care staff.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain excellent CQC ratings.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in nursing home management.
- Active NMC PIN. - or experience of managing a Nursing Home
- Extensive knowledge of elderly care and physical disabilities.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
