Registered Nurse (RGN) - Day Shifts - 33 Hours per week - From £19 per hour

What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
- Proven experience in a nursing home or older adult care setting
- Confidence leading shifts and supervising care staff
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and review person-centred nursing care for older adults
- Administer and manage medications in line with NMC standards
- Lead the day shift and oversee care delivery
- Monitor residents’ physical and cognitive wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care plans and clinical records
- Communicate with families, GPs, and external professionals
