Are you a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with experience supporting children in Key Stage 2? ZEST Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in the Shepherd's Bush area(W12) for a committed LSA to provide classroom and targeted learning support.
This is an immediate start role, continuing until the end of the academic year, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and development.
Job Description:
As a Key Stage 2 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in accessing the curriculum, developing confidence, and achieving their academic goals. Support may include whole-class assistance, small group interventions, and one-to-one learning support.
