What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and group support for learners with a range of needs
• Liaising closely with SENCOs, class teachers, and therapists to adapt strategies

• Contributing to dynamic EHCP reviews and ensuring every student’s voice is heard
