If you are a maths or science teacher starting out on a new career path or established in your career who is inspirational and enthusiastic, committed to delivering the highest standards of teaching and learning with drive, passion and ambition then we are keen for you to apply for the post of Teacher of Maths/Science at Whittington Green School.
We are a small secondary school in Old Whittington, Chesterfield and are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and enthusiastic teacher of maths or science who would be willing to teach both disciplines.
As we look to grow the size of our teaching team, you will join a vibrant, diligent and supportive department where teachers are committed to developing learning strategies, which challenge and enthuse all of our students.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who can deliver maths and/or science at all Key Stages. With the development of our curriculum, as a school we are looking to broaden our opportunities for students. We expect all of our students to be challenged, to be inspired and to achieve beyond expectation.
As a teacher, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding lessons and contributing to the wider education agenda: inspiring learners and raising standards.
The right candidate will share our vision and values of achieving excellence and raising further the standards of teaching and learning in a dedicated and forward looking team.
