What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an Adult Education Co-ordinator to work closely with the Adult Education Manager in developing the adult provision across the Trust, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, inclusive education and promote positive learner outcomes and progression.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of working with adults, learners or the wider community in an education, training or support role
• Experience in providing advice, guidance or learner support
• Be well organised, proactive, adaptable and solution focussed
• The ability to work flexibly, including evening or outreach activity
