Summary
1st Enable Ltd is seeking a Bank, Part-time or Full-time Support Worker to assist the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager in providing outstanding support to individuals who enjoy active lives.
The Support Worker role requires flexibility with shift work, including days, evenings, weekends and sleep ins to ensure smooth service delivery.

Salary: £12.38 per hour (£13.87 per hour overtime/bank)
Holidays: 28 days, including Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time)

Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals
Deliver care as outlined in care and person-centred plans
Assist individuals with daily personal care tasks
Qualifications
Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred, or experience with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, or Autism/Complex Behaviours.
