Join Haven’s in-house performance marketing team to lead our Paid and Organic search strategy — including the exciting world of AI and Generative Engine Optimisation. You’ll drive website traffic, boost conversions, and grow revenue while maximising ROI and brand visibility across Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, and beyond.

This vital role manages a multi-million-pound budget, delivering paid campaigns and organic strategies that get results. Working closely with Brand Marketing, you’ll help ensure every piece of content reaches its full potential and connects with more people than ever before.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading and delivering Haven’s end-to-end Search strategy, driving growth in revenue, traffic, conversions, and ROI across Paid (PPC), Organic SEO, and AI/GEO channels.
  • Inspiring and managing a team of specialist marketers, setting clear KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting career development.
  • Owning and optimising PPC campaigns and SEO roadmaps, ensuring best practice, strong performance, and effective budget management across Google, Bing, and emerging AI platforms.
  • Championing innovation in AI/GEO search, developing strategies to improve Haven’s visibility, citations, and competitive edge in the evolving digital landscape.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and partners to share insights, drive continuous improvement, and maximise the impact of all Search activity on business growth.

What we’d like you to bring:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a senior search marketing role and strong stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Deep expertise in PPC, SEO, and the evolving AI/GEO landscape, with hands-on experience in campaign activation and technical search aspects.
  • Strong budget management skills, able to set appropriate controls and measurement while driving commercial outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting and selling ideas to a wide range of stakeholders, from C-suite to junior team members.
  • A strategic, adaptive, and collaborative mindset with keen attention to detail, high integrity, and a test-and-learn approach to continuous improvement.
