Crynodeb
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, caring, patient person to work as a Level 3 TA for 9 hours per week. The successful candidate will work under the direction of our ALNCO and the class teacher.The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience of being a teaching assistant within a primary setting
• Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have high expectations of pupil behaviour.
• Contribute to the ethos of a friendly, happy school, in which the personal development and well-being of the children is given the highest priority
The position is offered on a temporary basis and is expected to end on 31st August 2026 due to limited funding.
The ideal candidate will:
• respect and maintain confidentiality
• be committed to promoting the ethos and values of the school
• be a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
• have high expectations of pupil behaviour.
• contribute to the ethos of a friendly, happy school, in which the personal development and well-being is given the highest priority and where both academic and personal qualities of children are recognised and valued.

As this post will result in you having substantial contact with children, and/or vulnerable adults the successful applicant will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Services check. With effect from 1 April 2016 it is a legal requirement for some categories of support staff to be registered with the Education Workforce Council for Wales.Please make sure you use the CES application form.
