Crynodeb
Greet patients, manage appointments, and handle queries in person, by phone, or electronically. Direct patients to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service, following practice protocols. Maintain accurate patient records, process prescriptions, and manage correspondence. Data Security & Confidentiality: Handle patient information in compliance with NHS data protection policies and GDPR. Assist clinicians and practice staff with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational ability and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality IT literacy and familiarity with NHS systems
