As a Finance Administrator, you'll be the linchpin in our communication network, ensuring smooth interactions between clients, suppliers, and our internal teams. Your Role in Action

  • Recalculating costs for linguists and our clients
  • Dealing with inbound e-mails from our Clients relating to time disputes, charges and quality issues
  • Maintain effective communication channels with team members and suppliers
  • Produce and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond in a timely manner to queries and disputes around the invoicing process
  • Produce credit notes when required
  • Allocate and distribute work to team members
  • Complete activities required by clients and internal staff members
  • Working on daily, weekly and monthley reports to ensure all costs are correct in the systems for both our clients and lingusts.
  • Working on cancellations, double bookings, out of hours jobs, overlapping jobs, travel policies, and long durations
  • Work across systems, on clients globaly
  • Working on TLW, IMS, IMSD, WordSynk and WordSynk 2.0
  • Maintain effective communication channels with team members, suppliers and clients

  • Experience in a Customer Service environment.
