What You’ll Need


Essential



  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care

  • Significant experience within domiciliary care services

  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

  • Confidence operating at Registered Care Manager level

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required



  • Experience managing inspections rated Good or above



What You’ll Do



  • Take full responsibility for CQC compliance, inspections, and ongoing quality standards

  • Lead, support, and manage the care and office team to deliver safe, consistent care

  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery in the community

  • Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and performance issues as required

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with families, commissioners, and external professionals
