An exciting opportunity has arisen with Key Care & Support. We are recruiting an Assistant Registered Manager (Community Support Services)
The role is Full time hours 40 hours a week, flexible to meet service needs and we will also consider the role as a part time position - this can be discussed at interview
Salary and benefits: £33,000.00 per annum ( for full time hours ) , 33 days leave inclusive of Bank Holidays ( for full time hours ), contributory pension scheme, use of company vehicle for business use ( full clean driving licence preferred). On call payment of £320 per week when on call.
Qualifications: Desirable: Level 5 in leadership and management
Essential: Level 3-4 in Health and Social Care
Role:
To support the Registered Manager in delivery of high quality community support services for adults and children
To ensure 100% staff support cover to all people we support
To review support plans and liaise with relevant professionals
To effectively lead and manage the support teams to deliver outstanding support and care
To communicate effectively with people we support, families and staff support teams and relevant professionals
To work as a team member and provide on call cover in rota with other operational leaders ( additional payment for on call cover)
To cover in absence of Registered Manager
