About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B or B2C).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary of £28,000 - £32,000.
Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £40,000 - £45,000.
