Crynodeb
The core component of this post is to provide general critical care cover at the HGS sites. The post holder must understand the significant ongoing changes in the Trusts services and be prepared to take an active part in the change program. A standard full time job plan will contain 10 programmed activities split between the Heartlands and Good Hope sites. A programmed activity will normally have a timetable value of 4 hours and a full-time consultant will normally devote 9 programmed activities to direct clinical care. The remaining programmed activities will be devoted to supporting professional activities. The successful candidate will be invited to discuss these options with the Clinical Service Lead on appointment.
