'Responsibilities'
' Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint progress.
Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize tasks.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and principles.
Track project progress using tools like Jira and TFS.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project status and risks.

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework, enabling Agile best practices, andensuring the development team delivers high-quality products efficiently. The role focuses on keeping theteam on track through servant leadership, effective team facilitation, continuous process improvement, and the removal of impediments that hinder progress.
Key Responsibilities : Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies,including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Serve as a bridge between the Scrum team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and reduce delivery efficiency. Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, well-groomed, and prioritised product backlog. Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment.
Experienced Scrum Master working alongside other Scrum Masters within a team delivering a constant stream of project and service work. You will be working alongside a number of experienced Delivery Leads to deliver a constant stream of projects in conjunction with client requirements.
Managing day to day project and live team activities, assigning out tasks to the team, running scrum, monitoring project tasks to ensure timelines are on track, calling out risks and when projects are going off track, project timelines, sharing reports with DLs for larger projects compiled collaboratively, managing live tickets and incidents, monthly work allocation planning, supporting with DTX and AVFs. Back-end processes for delivery team.
You'll be running team retro's, holding sessions with the engineers to explore improvements, managing monthly LSMs. Weekly live meetings with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure all release and monthly live service maintenance are married up in the delivery plan
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practises.
Remove blockers that hinder the team's progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Align teams across various workstreams to ensure predictable delivery against programme milestones.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support successful delivery of outcomes within an Agile environment.
Mentor and guide team members on Agile methodologies to enhance their understanding and performance.

'Qualifications'' Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role. Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks and Agile methodologies such as SAFe.
Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, TFS, and Microsoft Project.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
Experience in IT or software development projects is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.'},{
