What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate a leading-edge SEND strategy
• Coordinate and review EHCPs, interventions, and provisions
• Lead a talented team of Teaching Assistants and support staff
• Forge partnerships with local agencies, therapists, and parents
• Deliver staff training, guidance, and embedded SEND CPD
• Track progress with rigorous, data-led approaches

Ideal SENCO for this Hounslow School:
• Expert SEND practitioner with UK QTS (or equivalent)
• Proven track record as SENCO (or Outstanding aspiring SENCO)
• Holds or working towards NASENCO qualification
• Impact-driven, strategic, and empathetic
• Passionate about whole-school inclusion and student outcomes
• Highly skilled communicator, resilient, and inspiring
