• Leading and evolving the school’s SEND strategy to maximise outcomes for all learners
• Coordinating EHCP plans and reviewing student progress alongside parent/carer partnerships
• In-depth assessment, intervention design, and provision mapping for diverse SEND cohorts
• Mentoring and empowering teaching/support staff with robust SEN pedagogy
• Driving cross-disciplinary collaboration with external specialists and internal leadership
• Delivering impactful INSET, raising the bar for inclusivity across the faculty
