We’re now looking for passionate and experienced Registered Managers to join our expanding team and lead our new homes with care, compassion, and purpose.

What you’ll do:
Lead and develop a children’s home in line with Forge Care’s therapeutic values and Ofsted standards
Build and inspire a high-performing, compassionate team
Ensure the delivery of outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people
Contribute to Forge Care’s wider growth and development as part of a values-led leadership community
What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Manager in children’s residential care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards it)
Strong understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic care
A commitment to putting children first, every time
