Description
The Housing Solutions Reviews Officer (PO3) plays a crucial role within our organization by ensuring that our housing solutions are effective, equitable, and meet the needs of our community. This position involves the systematic review and evaluation of housing programs, policies, and initiatives to assess their impact and effectiveness. The Housing Solutions Reviews Officer will work closely with stakeholders, including local government agencies, community organizations, and residents, to gather feedback and data that will inform decision-making processes. Responsibilities
Conduct regular reviews of housing programs and policies to evaluate their effectiveness.
Collect and analyze data related to housing outcomes and community needs.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government entities and community organizations, to gather input and feedback.
Monitor compliance with housing regulations and standards to ensure accountability.
Identify trends and issues within the housing landscape and develop strategies for improvement.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss housing solutions with relevant parties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Urban Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in housing services, program evaluation, or a related area.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce clear reports.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel or statistical programs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to promoting social equity and improving community housing solutions.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
