What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing, leading, and evaluating bespoke SEND strategy across all key stages
• Driving rigorous EHCP processes, interventions, and measurable student outcomes
• Leading, inspiring, and professionally developing a vibrant team of TAs and SEND teachers
• Collaborating with SLT, external agencies, and families to reimagine support plans
• Championing a culture of high aspiration, equity, and personalised learning
