What You’ll Be Doing:
• Driving whole-school SEND vision and statutory compliance
• Coordinating EHCP assessments, reviews, and provision mapping
• Leading a talented team of TAs, therapists, and teachers
• Delivering high-impact interventions and monitoring outcomes
• Training and mentoring new staff in inclusive classroom practice
• Fostering partnerships with agencies, parents, and outside experts

Ideal SENCO for this Lewisham School:
• UK-trained with QTS and National SENCO Award (or commitment to complete)
• Proven record of raising outcomes for SEND students
