The Role

This is a role for an experienced, passionate leader who thrives on challenge and is committed to ensuring every student is stretched and supported to achieve their very best.

As Associate Assistant Headteacher for English, you will:

• Lead our high-performing English department and shape its strategic vision.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive whole-school priorities, including literacy and oracy.
• Contribute to the School Evaluation Framework and Development Plan, influencing outcomes beyond the English department.
