Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Following the announcement by the current Deputy Headteacher, that he will be retiring at the end of this academic year, the Governors are seeking to appoint his successor. The Governors are looking for an outstanding and experienced leader who shares the school’s vision and values, and who can inspire both staff and students to achieve their full potential, supporting the Headteacher, Mrs Benter, in guiding our school into an exciting new era.

Governors, staff and students are looking for a Deputy Headteacher with:

• an active, Christian commitment, able to develop further the excellent standards and Christian ethos of the school
• a clear educational philosophy and vision which focuses on learning and teaching to deliver high attainment and progress
• a passion to ensure that all children and adults are able to flourish through extensive opportunities for personal development and spiritual growth
• a desire to maintain and enhance the existing strengths of the school through a commitment to collaboration and professional growth
