We are seeking a Pastoral and Behaviour Lead to champion pupil wellbeing and positive behaviour across our school. This is a key leadership role focused on creating a safe, supportive environment where every pupil can thrive.
You will lead on Positive Behaviour Support, inclusive communication strategies, and building capable environments. Working closely with staff, you will help them understand the functions of behaviour and implement effective interventions. Your work will help pupils build resilience, develop positive relationships, and achieve their full potential.
About the Role
• Lead on Positive Behaviour Support and inclusive communication strategies.
• Create a safe and supportive environment where pupils can thrive.
• Build strong relationships and promote emotional resilience.
• Develop positive behaviours for learning across the school.
• Coach and guide staff on behaviour strategies and interventions.
• Deliver targeted pastoral and behaviour support for pupils.
• Collaborate with families and external agencies for holistic support.
• Oversee behaviour tracking systems and analyse trends to inform strategy.
