What you'll do
You’ll lead the redesign of how we serve clients in a key client segment, ensuring simplicity, scalability and alignment with evolving client needs and market trends.
Partnering with change and journey teams, you will deliver transformation initiatives, to deliver a seamless, client-focused experience across every channel.
Your work will include:
- Securing stakeholder buy-in, generating enthusiasm, and managing substantial transformation effectively alongside regular business activity.
- Co-establishing transformation priorities and roadmaps alongside change and journey teams, driving clear alignment with the broader business objectives
- Influencing the development of tailored investment and banking propositions for this segment, that balance client value with scalability and cost efficiency
- Operating within the Wealth business, scanning and understanding the market landscape to keep propositions competitive and relevant.
- Supporting the optimisation of our channel mix so every interaction meets client expectations and business goals.
- Influencing and leading without direct authority, leveraging matrix management across senior leaders.
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone who can turn insight into action. You’ll need strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of financial services and client needs.
You should also bring:
- Experience in market analysis and understanding industry trends.
- The ability to influence senior leaders and engage stakeholders across complex matrix management structures.
- Confidence in using data to make decisions and track performance.
- A proven record of delivering results through strategic planning and portfolio management.
- Strong interpersonal awareness, sensitivity, and the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to embed it into propositions and processes.
