Salary: £20,884.99 - £21,216.32 (Scale 3 pro rata)
Contract: Part Time, Term Time plus 2 days, Fixed Term to cover a maternity leave
Start Date: Monday 23rd February 2026
The Headteacher and Governors at Broadstone Hall Primary School are seeking to appoint a school administrator from 23rd February 2026 to cover the current school administrator’s maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to join the friendly office team at our very busy primary school.
The successful candidate is required to work under pressure whist maintaining a helpful and polite attitude at all times. At Broadstone Hall Primary we are one big family and a central part of our community. We are looking for someone who has the ability to build strong relationships with all our children, families and staff.
The successful candidate will:
Be a confident communicator (written and oral)
Have well-developed ICT skills.
Work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
Be flexible.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a busy office environment preferably a school office environment. The candidate must be competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel.
