E-ACT Royton & Crompton are looking for an exceptional Pastoral Manager to support outstanding pastoral care. Champion attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding while building strong relationships with pupils and families. Join an ambitious, inclusive academy where your role will contribute to improving wellbeing, and to help every student thrive and succeed together.

Key responsibilities:

  • To support the Progress Leaders to develop strategic direction of the Year group.
  • To provide support & advice to students with respect to their learning, emotional and social well-being, health and safety and personal development
  • To liaise with parents as and when appropriate.
  • To contribute to the organisation of Year & Academy events.

Pay range: SCP 22-27 - £29,639.00 - £33,615.54.00 - FTE: £33,699.00 - £38,220.00 - 37 Hours per week. 39 Weeks per year.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent
  • Understanding of Early Help@ strategy, policies and protocols.
  • Effective behaviour management skills
  • Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies.
