Panel Beater
Location: Aldershot Area
Salary: £46,000 – £52,000 basic + Bonus
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable accident repair centre in the Aldershot area, looking to add a skilled Panel Beater to their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to work in a supportive, well-run bodyshop with strong earning potential.
The Role:
• Carrying out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles
• Some MET work required as part of the role
• Ensuring repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards
• Working efficiently to meet agreed timescales
What’s on Offer:
• Basic salary: £46,000 – £52,000 (depending on experience)
• Monthly bonus from 125% – typically £600–£700 per month
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 45 hours per week with all breaks paid
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Stable, long-term position with a respected employer
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• Ability to carry out some MET work when required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A positive, team-focused attitude
