Summary

Nursery Learning Assistant (Level 3) Start date: As soon as possible
Hours: 8.30am – 3.45pm, term time only
Contract: Permanent, 5 days a week, for 39 weeks a year
Salary: Surrey Pay Grade S3-4 (£4,330-26,825 per annum, pro rata) – dependent on experienceAsh Grange Nursery and Primary School is seeking to appoint a motivated, caring and enthusiastic Nursery Learning Assistant (Level 3 minimum) to join our Early Years team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support young children at the start of their learning journey in a warm, inclusive and stimulating nursery environment.About the role The successful candidate will: • Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Work closely with the room leader and Early Years team to deliver high-quality provision
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing, independence and social development
• Help create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children, staff and parentsAbout you We are looking for someone who: • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Has experience working with children in an Early Years setting
• Is patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
