Job Advert

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to lead our customer services team at Aspire Leisure
Centre. This is a key role at the heart of the centre, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving
membership growth and retention, and ensuring our reception and booking systems operate smoothly and professionally.




Working closely with the Centre Manager and wider team, you’ll lead, motivate and develop a busy front-of-house team, oversee
rotas and day-to-day operations, manage our leisure management system and app, and step into the Duty Manager role when required.
You’ll also play an active role in events, partnerships, reporting and continuous improvement, helping the centre meet its
performance targets while staying true to Aspire’s charitable mission.
