We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Wallace Hospital, DundeeThis role will be working Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17:00 Cygnet Wallace Hospital is a 18-bed specialist high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men and women with intellectual disability and or autism. Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Cygnet Wallace Hospital is a multi-disciplinary and psychologically informed service. The focus is on nurturing an enabling environment to deliver a clinical model, developed specifically to meet the needs of service users within an operational framework, providing a high-quality environment for promoting long-term recovery.Your Day-to-DayWe are seeking an academically strong candidate to support and enhance the psychological care of patients at the service by assisting the Qualified Psychologist with; Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written) Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes Administration, audit, research and service developmentWere looking for someone who is Degree qualified in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited Preferably experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role Passionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary team Qualified to Masters degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable)Why Cygnet?
